What is it?

The People Partner HR and Training has teamed up with High Peak Recordings to bring you a team building event with a difference. The full day event combines a range of stimulating team building exercises led by an experienced trainer, plus the opportunity to get together and record your own version of a well-known track in a professional music studio with an in-house recording engineer.

What will happen?

The morning session will give your team some quality time to get to know each other better, and we can adapt the focus to suit what your business needs, whether that's general team building, company Vision or Values or employee engagement.

In the afternoon you will have time to rehearse your track then it's time to get down to business. You'll be taken through how to use the equipment, agree the running order of singers, do a vocal warm, up then it's on to recording. Be assured that the session is held in a professional music studio, so the equipment you will be using will be the same a professional singers use.

Once your song is recorded, you'll spend some time reviewing what has been covered, before hearing the first mix of your masterpiece at the end of the day!

What happens next?

The final version will be sent to you within one week, ready for you to share with the whole company! You will also receive a video with highlights of the day, and your team's commitment to change going forward.
