My training courses and workshops can be run either remotely via Teams, or face-to-face. I work in an informal, friendly style, and aim to deliver fun and effective sessions that fit with what your people need to learn.

So often great employees are promoted to management, but not given the training that they need to do it well. Using 20+ years of experience, I focus on the core skills of people management, giving your employees the chance to get the most out of their people and avoid many of the pitfalls.

I can work with your management team on their personal development, giving them the skills they need to communicate with their teams and the wider business, whether that’s in their day-to-day working life, or through periods of change or growth.

Prices
Every Company is different, so I’ll work with you to agree on an affordable pricing structure for your particular training requirements. Courses can be run either half or full day, and either onsite, virtually, or at an offsite location.
One Day Courses
FromEither onsite or face to face delivery (plus reasonable travel expenses)
Course Suite
FromIf you book 3 or more courses, I’ll discount the rate as a thank you!
Open Courses
I do periodically run open courses in the Manchester/ Derbyshire area which may be suitable for Companies who only need one or two members of staff to attend. If you can’t see a suitable course on my events page, do get in touch to find out more.
